British Government: Paid Paternity Leave If Your Partner Returns to Work

Need a reason to head over to the United Kingdom? "Today the British government is expected to announce that fathers are entitled to three months of paid paternity leave if their partner returns to work," said Lisa Belkin of Motherlode in one her recent masterpieces. When will our government hop on the bandwagon?
