I am a week late on this one. Thanks to Josh K. for the heads up. Approximately 1.2 million Graco Harmony High Chairs have been recalled after finding that the screws holding the front legs of the chair can loosen and fall out or that the plastic bracket on the rear legs can crack. Unfortunately, the result is an unstable chair that may tip over!
Contact Graco immediately to receive a free repair kit. The Consumerist does a nice job of displaying visuals and model numbers affected by the Graco Harmony High Chair Recall.
